Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned.
We are registered for Data Protection purposes in the UK, full details of our registration available on request.
You will not receive ANY promotional emails as a result of signing up for our site, we reserve the right to send you our newsletter and communications from other members of The Credit Control Network Limited. Only registered users may contact each other and you are under no obligation to respond to messages from other users, please report any abuse or spamming to admin@credit-control.net,
Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care, securely on our servers and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email us.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - The Credit Control Network Limited (CCN)
1.0 “CCN” means Credit Control Network whose registered address is 30 Lebally Road, Maguiresbridge, County Fermangh, BT94 4LA.
1.1 “Users” means the company or individual instructing CCN to carry out services required.
1.2 “Services” means any of the activities carried out by the Credit Control Network Limited on behalf of the users, these services include notification of debtors, communication between users, legal services and advice regarding credit management and debt enforcement. CCN may sometimes require the assistance of agents when providing the above mentioned services.
2.1 English Law shall govern this agreement and all parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
2.2 CCN shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage which may be suffered or incurred as a result of the services provided by the company.
2.3 CCN will at all times notify it's users where their actions will result in information they have entered onto the CCN system and database being sent to other users of the CCN system. It is the users responsibility not to enter any false information onto the CCN system and moreover their full responsibility to ensure that no information communicated or exchanged through the system is false or could be considered so. In the event of a complaint from a non user of the system regarding a user of the system the CCN management will advise the user and advise the user to resolve the matter with the complainant.
3.1 Prices and charges, The prices and charges payable by the user are those quoted in the CCN website and are subject to change.
3.2 All fees and charges are subject to VAT at 17.5%.
3.3 CCN charges interest at 8% above base on late payment of our invoices in accordance to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts act (1998).
4.1 CCN accepts no liability for errors or negligence caused by actions of employees, representatives, suppliers or any other third party contracted by CCN in fulfilling its responsibilities and duties towards the users.
4.2 CCN cannot be held responsible for stoppages of work, delays in delivery of post, strikes, lockouts, wars or any other calamity considered an act of God or nature beyond the control of CCN.
4.3 In the event of a Client failing to pay any charges or invoices due to CCN, then CCN reserves the right not to provide the Client with continuing services and to withdraw all or any services without notice.
4.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or the provision of the Services shall create or be deemed to create a partnership or the relationship of principal and agent or employer and employee between the user and CCN.
5.1 Users agree not to enter any false information onto the CCN system, those found to be doing so will be banned immediately from using the site and its services.
5.2 Users agree to use the site soley for the purpose of aiding them or their business in the act of credit control and debt collection, and only for debts owed to the user directly. Any agency, company or individual using the system to collect third party debt or to contact companies or individuals where the debt is not owed directly to them will be banned and agree to immediately compensate CCN, CCN will immediately issue an invoice in the amount of £5,000 + Vat payable within 30 days, where the user pays this invoice they may then continue to use the CCN system for a further period of 12 months.
5.3 The CCN directors may ban any member they see fit for any reasonable breach of our terms and condtions by notifing said member by email and disabling their account.
5.4 You agree you will only use services and information exchanged on the CCN system for the purposes it is intended within the spirit of the CCN system, you further agree not to disclose information obtained through our network to any company or individual who is not a member of the CCN.
5.5 CCN has a fair use policy, members who send in excess of 1000 contacts per month will be asked to sign up to the premium service, failure to do so may at the directors discresion be asked to limit their useage or be banned. This limit may be changed at any time by CCN by notifing members by email.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous terms and conditions in force between CCN and its users and prospective users unless otherwise agreed in writing by CCN.
